Opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm
Saturday 7.30am to 1.00pm.
We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
Tour Times are Monday to Saturday 10.am to 1.00pm
Boarding rates are charged per calendar day and vary with low to high season (public and school holidays are high season).
Payment is due on arrival during low season and in advance for high season.
This advance payment is non-refundable but is credited to a future stay provided at least two weeks’ notice of cancellation is given.
There are no refunds for early pickups at peak times as we have allocated a place for your pet to the exclusion of others.
We accept cash, cheque, eftpos, Visa, Amex and Mastercard. We do not accept Diners.
All boarders (except guinea pigs) must present proof of current vaccination.
Veterinary advice will be sought if, in our opinion, a boarder requires medical attention. Any costs involved will be met by the owner.
