Opening hours are:
Monday to Friday 7.30am to 3.00pm
Saturday 7.30am to 1.00pm.
We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays
Tour Times are Monday to Saturday 10.am to 12.00 noon. No appointment necessary.
Boarding rates are charged per calendar day.
Our daily rate includes appropriate activities and enrichment.
We offer one high level of accommodation and choose the spot most suited to your pet.
In low season we offer special rates for seniors, multiple pets & long-term stays. Please contact us to discuss your pet’s requirements and arrange a specific quote.
Payment is due 7 days prior to arrival in low season, and in advance in holiday season – the due date is indicated on our invoice. Our daily rate includes complementary playtime, cuddles and Facebook photos.
This advance payment is non-refundable but is credited to a future stay provided at least two weeks’ notice of cancellation is given.
There are no refunds for early pickups at peak times as we have allocated a place for your pet to the exclusion of others.
We accept cash, cheque, eftpos, Visa, Amex and Mastercard. We do not accept Diners.
All boarders (except guinea pigs) must present proof of current vaccination.
Veterinary advice will be sought if, in our opinion, a boarder requires medical attention. Any costs involved will be met by the owner.
Public Holiday surcharge – $10
